Agilian is a new generation of contract manufacturer and E²MS supplier with a team of over 200 people in a 10,000 square meter facility providing a variety of services and unique solutions to fill a gap that has long been frustrating innovative B2B and B2C companies (developing their own products).
Based in the heart of the largest manufacturing area in the world, in South China, close to Hong Kong, and 30 minutes away from Shenzhen International Airport.
We’re a wholly foreign-owned and managed contract manufacturing subsidiary of the Sofeast group, a group of companies with offices across China, Vietnam, and India.
For foreign companies, China manufacturing means wide choice and fast execution. However, in some cases, it also means unethical business moves and theft of intellectual property. We started Agilian to provide you with an excellent experience along with all the benefits China offers.

We created Agilian in 2017, after providing service to importers on the ground in China for more than 10 years.
Why did we decide to open our own manufacturing facility?
Because we realized it was the only way to provide our customers with what they want: transparency, control, and peace of mind.
No more relying on local manufacturers that often seem reliable and competent at first, and that too often end up taking opportunities to lock customers in and sometimes hold their products or tooling hostage.
Our customers are commonly established B2C and B2B companies and funded startups that aim to bring innovative electro-mechanical products to market (and we work on other specialty products, too).
New Product Development
In this department we handle your new product developments (prototypes, process design & validation, setup of testing stations, small pre-production runs…). The engineering work and the sourcing work are invoiced to you. There is no minimum order quantity. “Resourcefulness and flexibility” are key words.
Mass production
On the mass production side the manufacturing process and the testing stations have already been validated. Flexibility is far more limited (we follow a strict engineering change management process), as a mistake can have a huge financial impact.

It can be tough to get from product concept to mature designs that are ready for use in production, especially if you don't have in-house industrial design experience.

Agilian’s purchasing and quality teams work closely with the suppliers of critical and/or custom components to ensure adherence to the your requirements. And our incoming QC is systematic.
Processes are laid out for each project, not in a one-size-fits-all manner. Materials and production are planned based on a system. It means shorter lead times and higher efficiency.
Quality is assured through a rigorous new product development process, strong process controls (e.g. mistake-proofing devices), and regular inspections (QC reports are sent directly to customers).
We are in a central position in Guangdong province, and it is easy for your suppliers who ship out of Shenzhen or Hong Kong ports to deliver their goods to our facility. Consolidation at Agilian will save money.
Many freight forwarders can organize re-packing and labeling, but they are not used to paying attention to quality. Our operators do many assembly & inspection jobs where quality is important.
We can keep your goods in our warehouse and send them when and as needed. We are flexible and we can work with your warehouse management system, your Shopify account, or whatever software you may be using.
